Ok, closeRepresentative of DRG (Deutsche Reichsbahn Gesellschaft) German railways standardized express steam locomotives of 03.10 series, 60 units of which were in all built-in 1939. Serial production was preceded by tests and aerodynamic research. To reduce air resistance the locomotives were equipped with a streamlined cover, three-cylinder twin steam engine, a modern brake system with Knorr Kssbr distribution valve which allows to automatically adjust the braking process to speed and also with the devices of Automatic Train Protection system (Indusi). The Polish State Railways after World War II took over 9 machines of this kind, marking them as Pm3 series. They were operating express trains in Poznań Osobowa, Iława, Bydgoszcz Główna, Olsztyn and Toruń Głowny locomotive sheds. The exhibited copy of Pm3-5 (designation DRG 03 in 1015) was deleted from the Polish State Railways inventory on 19 February 1967.
